Abstract

The Principles of Advanced Discrete Simulation (PADS) special issue is part of the 2025 ACM SIGSIM-PADS Conference proceedings, the flagship conference of the ACM’s Special Interest Group on Simulation and Modeling (SIGSIM). Building on 39 years of history and a reputation for high-quality articles, the 2025 ACM SIGSIM-PADS Conference was held in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from June 24 to June 26, 2025. Ernest Page (General chair) and Adelinde Uhrmacher (Program chair) are the guest editors of this special issue.
